CANCELLATION POLICY

Winter season (1 October – 30 April)

  • If your reservation is canceled 21 days before arrival, no fee will be charged.
  • If your reservation is canceled 20-15 days before arrival, 50% fee of the total amount will be charged.
  • If your reservation is canceled 14-8 days before arrival you will be charged 75% of the total reservation.
  • If your reservation is canceled 7 days before arrival, 100% fee of the total amount will be charged.
  • In case of Non Show the 100% of the total amount will be charged.
  • Early departures (for any reason) are charged with 100% of the total amount.

 

Summer season (1 May – 30 September)

  • If your reservation is canceled 14 days before arrival, 100% fee of the first night will be charged.
  • If your reservation is canceled 7 days before arrival, 100% fee of the total amount will be charged.
  • In case of Non Show the 100% of the total amount will be charged.
  • Early departures (for any reason) are charged with 100% of the total amount.

 

Non Refundable reservations are charged the moment of your reservations and they can not be changed or canceled.

PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED, IF A RESERVATION IS MADE AND YOU ARRIVE WITH A PET, THE RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELLED WITHOUT REFUND.

 

Frequedly asked questions

- If me or a member of my family gets coronavirus and we need to cancel our reservation, is there a refund?

No, there is no refund. In this case, where our cancellation policy applies, we give you free the same number of nights for the respective room type, from Monday to Thursday except holidays and national celebrations, subject to availability.


- Is there a refund if there is a local or general Lock down?

No, there is no refund. We give you a voucher to use the amount within 18 months after the expiration of the Lock down.
