There are 9 deluxe double rooms with fireplace. Four of them are located on the East building on the ground level with external entrance. The other 5 rooms of this type are located in different levels on the west building. West building has 6 levels starting from the bottom to the top there is one deluxe room with fireplace 35 square meters on the first level. On the next (fifth) level we find a premium double with fireplace and a little higher on the fourth level there is also another deluxe double with fireplace. On the fourth level there are 3 deluxe double rooms. They are all in ground floor, build according to the traditional architecture of Arachova. As they are built on the hill of the mountain, from inside of the room the view is the garden but from the balcony and by looking left, the view is the surrounding mountains of the Delphian landscape. Our hotel is equipped with a double charger for electric cars. Two parking spaces are kept for guest with electric cars at the time of charging.

By reserving a room to our hotel you accept the policy of the hotel and the terms and conditions that are being described bellow

  • By telephone: After your phone reservation, you will receive an sms or email with the confirmation number and the data of your reservation. The reservation will be valid when you will make a prepayment according to the reservation deal. At the end of the message there will be a bank account in which you have to deposit the agreed amount until the written day and hour. In case of cancellation please contact immediately. In case of no deposit the agreed amount until the agreed day and hour, your reservation will be canceled (even without warning). Valid reservations are only the reservations with a Reservation Number (R/N) and with prepayment.
  • Credit card by phone: we will ask your credit card details, in which we are going to charge the amount of the prepayment. At your arrival you must have your credit card as also your ID or passport.
  • On line through our site: Direct reservations are the best option because they are immediately valid, if payed by credit card.
  • By email: reservations that are made through email, must be confirmed by email. In holidays periods the reservation department answer emails within 24 hours.

  • 3 years & under: free of charge in baby cot.
  • All other extra beds have supplement charge.

Winter season (1 October – 30 April)

  • If your reservation is canceled 21 days before arrival, no fee will be charged.
  • If your reservation is canceled 20-15 days before arrival, 50% fee of the total amount will be charged.
  • If your reservation is canceled 14-8 days before arrival you will be charged 75% of the total reservation.
  • If your reservation is canceled 7 days before arrival, 100% fee of the total amount will be charged.
  • In case of Non Show the 100% of the total amount will be charged.
  • Early departures (for any reason) are charged with 100% of the total amount.

Summer season (1 May – 30 September)

  • If your reservation is canceled 14 days before arrival, 100% fee of the first night will be charged.
  • If your reservation is canceled 7 days before arrival, 100% fee of the total amount will be charged.
  • In case of Non Show the 100% of the total amount will be charged.
  • Early departures (for any reason) are charged with 100% of the total amount.

Non Refundable reservations are charged the moment of your reservations and they can not be changed or canceled.

Frequedly asked questions

- If me or a member of my family gets coronavirus and we need to cancel our reservation, is there a refund?

No, there is no refund. In this case, where our cancellation policy applies, we give you free the same number of nights for the respective room type, from Monday to Thursday except holidays and national celebrations, subject to availability.


- Is there a refund if there is a local or general Lock down?

No, there is no refund. We give you a voucher to use the amount within 18 months after the expiration of the Lock down.
