Yes, you can if the weather conditions allow. Your order must be made from the previous day until 21:00 p.m.

The extra charge is 5 euros/person.

The fireplace contains woods lasting 1-2 hours. We renew them once per day, during your stay.

For extra woods you can ask us until 21.00 in the evening. There is extra charge of 5 euros / basket.

Woods are not renewed if the previous are not used.

No, pets are not allowed in our hotel rooms and public spaces.

In case of a reservation that arrives with a pet, the reservation is cancelled without refund.

Booking.com has at least 15-20% more expensive rates than in our site. In case of lower rate you have to compare the same room type, dates, people and age of kids.

We will always have better rates comparing with booking.com.

No, the cancellation policy of booking.com is stable and nothing can change by contacting with the hotel. In any case you have to contact with booking.com Customer Service and ask for refund.

As we are using a dynamic model of pricing, rates have a fluctuation. Best rates are at least 7-14 days before arrival. In general early bookings have bigger discounts.

No, there is no refund. In this case, where our cancellation policy applies, we give you free the same number of nights for the respective room type, from Monday to Thursday except holidays and national celebrations, subject to availability.
